Refunds

NOTE: Only refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will be considered. Please contact In and Out Media Sales at the number listed below or by e-mail to InAndOutMedia@gmail.com to organise the request. Before contacting In and Out Media you will need: • The reference number for your purchase, found on the e-mailed receipt; • Your mailing address; and • A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded. Your request will typically be processed within 28 days of receipt of this claim. The refund for the net price of your claim (i.e.: the price paid less shipping and local taxes) will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
